Properties within ConnectParameters can now be set outside of the constructor.
The requirement to detach the previous renderer when switching between local and remote camera renderers has been removed. (You still need to call them if using completely new SurfaceViewRenderer object)
videoCall.getWebRtcConnection().attachLocalView and videoCall.getWebRtcConnection().attachRemoteView can now be called as soon as the VideoActivity is opened, without waiting for any events.
